Millennials - those aged 18-34 - have surpassed Gen Xers as the largest generation in the U.S. labor force, according to a Pew Research Center analysis of data from the U.S. Census Bureau.
A survey by Ernst & Young of 1,215 working professionals found that 75% of managers agreed that running multi-generational teams is a challenge. More than two-thirds also reported their organizations thave introduced changes to make cross-generational working easier.
